I'm just worried about the risks of getting pregnant with one ovary, such us ectopic pregnancy and down syndrome. me and my boyfriend are planning to get married the next year to come, in 2013 or 2014.. I have heard of lots of people getting pregnant with only one ovary. the remaining one will eventually take over. i had problems with ectopic pregnancies in my younger years and one of the tubes was blocked with scar tissue after the surgery..
